North Shore and all WYSA affiliated clubs use PlayMetrics for program registration. Please follow the link on this page. You will need to create a PlayMetrics account if this is your first time registering. Our Germantown programs are not listed under the NSU Recreational or Academy Program in PlayMetrics, please scroll further down the program list and you should see a program labeled “Germantown SC Only - UXX Recreational Academy”

How do I register for U11-19 Select programming?

What is not included in my registration fees?

Uniform cost, tournament fees, and winter indoor session fees are not included in registration fees. Tournament fees and winter indoor fees are determined by individual teams and participation in those events are optional.

When is the deadline to register for Recreational/Academy programming?

For 2025, Recreational/Academy registration will open around April 15th and will close on July 1st.  We strongly encourage all players to register by this deadline to prevent any delays in uniform ordering.  We may still be able to accept registrations after this deadline if there is roster availability, but this will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@germantownsoccer.org if you have missed the deadline and are interested in registering for the 25/26 season.

Does my registration include registration for Fall and Spring soccer seasons?

Yes, your registration fees cover a full year of soccer.  Fall season practices typically begin in August, with league games beginning late August and finishing up in early November. Spring season practices typically begin in early April with league games beginning mid-April and finishing up in mid-June.

When will I find out who my coach is and what the practice and game schedule will be?

After registration closes on July 1st, teams will be formed and registered for league play.  Once this is complete, you will be invited to join your team on PlayMetrics and will be able to view your team’s schedule, as well as communicate with our coach. This is typically completed by July 20th.

If my child didn’t register for the fall season, can they still register for the spring session?

We do offer spring-only registration, which typically opens around December 15th with a registration deadline of February 1st.  Please note that not all age groups/genders may be available for spring-only registration, so your best bet to ensure your child is able to participate in soccer is to register for the full year program by July 1st.

Why have the 2025/2026 fees changed?

GSC is proud of how we have kept our fee structure affordable over the years while providing more value for the money. However, after careful deliberation, the Board decided to increase fees for the upcoming season. Every single one of our costs has increased as we’ve grown over the years. We overwhelmingly hear that families have a thirst for more for their kids. GSC has been providing more paid coaches, increased field time, additional winter training, improved fields, and higher-level leagues. You will continue to see GSC investing in a better product for you and your family. We understand that a cost increase can be challenging; however, we are confident that you will still find GSC to be the best value for your money in the area.

What uniforms will my child wear?

All GSC players will be wearing North Shore United branded uniforms. NSU is partnered with SoccerPost and Nike (previously Stefan's Soccer) for uniforms. New uniforms will be required every other year, which is a welcome change for GSC. There will be further information coming relating to cost and exact uniforms for this upcoming season as this will be year 2 in their cycle.

Our uniforms will say North Shore, but a lot of people wear Germantown Soccer branded clothing?

Even though we are a region of North Shore, our soccer club operates as Germantown Soccer Club. Our GSC brand dates back to the 1970's when our club was first created in an effort to bring the beautiful game into our community. We have grown as a club from only a handful at the beginning to our current enrollment of over 500 kids! Regardless of the crest on our uniforms, we will always be known as Germantown Soccer Club operated by our fine community. We love seeing GSC apparel on the sidelines and around town!

Where will we play games and practice?

We will continue to utilize all our fantastic Germantown and Washington County facilities, with Friedenfeld remaining our home base for games.
