Rescheduling And Canceling Of Games

For all questions regarding the rescheduling or canceling of games contact the Germantown Field/Referee Assignor, Chris Sucher, at gtownassignor@me.com (preferred method) or at 262-502-1200. 

 No game reschedule requests with less than 3 days notice from the requested reschedule date will be accepted.  This is to ensure there is enough time to schedule referees to the games.  The below pertains to the cancelation of games as well.

 State League And SECL Games

For the rescheduling of State League (Premier, 1st Division, 2nd Division) and SECL games, the home team coach will need to coordinate with the away team coach on a new date/time.  The home team coach can confer with Chris Sucher on field availability during this time.  Once a new date/time has been agreed upon, the home team coach will need to fill out the WYSA Reschedule Request Form and email the completed form to Patrick Hodgins for approval.  Once the reschedule is approved, contact Chris Sucher so the game can be officially rescheduled and entered into Arbiter so the referees will know of the reschedule.

MYRSL Games

 For the rescheduling of MYRSL games, follow the process for State League And SECL Games, except the completed WYSA Reschedule Request Form will need to be emailed to Jay Kemp for approval.

All Other Games

For the rescheduling of all other games, the home team coach can contact Chris Sucher directly to coordinate a new date/time for a rescheduled game.  When contacting Chris, please provide the following:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your team name and level (U-13G, U-11B, etc.)
• Contact info of other team (if available)
• Reason for change of date
• If you have a preferred date in mind and if already agreed upon by the other team

All Games

Make sure any games that are cancelled/rescheduled by the coaches are coordinated with Chris Sucher.  He will make sure to notify the referees and get the new date/time in Arbiter so referees can be assigned.

In the event a game is cancelled due to weather, it is the responsibility of the home team coach to coordinate with the away team coach for the rescheduling of the make-up game.
