What to wear?

Your child will receive a uniform consisting of a shirt, shorts and socks. The uniform will be distributed to the players through the team's coach and/or manager. Parents will need to provide the children with shin guards, and a soccer ball. Soccer shoes are recommended, but are not mandatory.

Can my child play on a team of my choosing?

The earlier you register the better chance you have of your child being placed on a team with their friends. We try to accommodate requests but once the roster is full and has been finalized it may not be possible to change.

Where do the games take place?

All Home games are played at Friedenfeld Park, which is located on Country Aire Drive just north of Mequon. All away games are played in the Metro Milwaukee area, Whitefish Bay , Brown deer, Shorewood and other regions. A full list can be found on the kickers website above.

Where and how often do teams practice?

Teams practice at Homestead Hollow on Friestadt Road and at other local community schools and parks. Coaches pick the practice day, time and location based on availability. We try to have all our recreational teams practice twice weekly when possible.

How much playing time will my child get?

According to Kickers playing time policy all players should play 50% of each game, this is based on participation and attendance (see playing time policy rule in the a Parent guide book).

What happens if my child has a conflict with a practice or a game?

You should address all issues regarding practice and game absences with your child’s coach. It is common courtesy to notify your coach if you will miss a practice or game.
